SPeak announced that Tokio Marine Holdings (TMHD) has adopted “JPort Match,” a public relations activity and candidate pool formation support tool, for the recruitment of global talent.
In today’s society, where it is difficult to predict the future, the management issues facing companies operating globally are expected to become even more complex. At the same time, diversity in the workforce is essential to providing creative solutions to the various issues faced by customers around the world.
Background of JPortMatch Introduction
TMHD used JPort Match on a trial basis last year, and through recruitment public relations activities they were able to create a very large pool of candidates, which led to the hiring of excellent students.
This year, TMHD will be rolling out new recruitment measures for new graduates for three positions. Through JPort Match, the company will support the creation of a pool of talented international students studying at Japanese universities, thereby contributing to further accelerating the recruitment of global talent.
Reasons for choosing JPort Match
A career community for young foreign talent with high engagement and activity
JPort operates e-learning content for students to help them with job hunting, as well as a community site (JPort Journal) for former international students who are now working in Japan, and many very active international students use JPort Match.
It is possible to create a pool of talented global talent that is difficult to reach using traditional methods.
90% of JPort Match users are foreign students studying at universities in Japan. More than 6,000 people from 146 countries use the service, with over 42% of students at the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2 level, and an average TOEIC score of 802, showing that these students have great potential.
All recruitment information is available in both English and Japanese.
Company introductions, job listings, and other content can be created in both English and Japanese, and the JPort Customer Success team will provide support. The administration screen also includes an automatic translation tool for job listings, so you can post content with less of a burden on your staff.
