Musubell, Digital Garage’s next generation real estate engagement platform

Digital Garage has launched “Musubell”, a next-generation real estate transaction DX engagement platform that allows for the creation and management of electronic documents for real estate transactions, as well as the online centralized management of status.

Musubell for Brokerage, one of the services in the company’s lineup that specializes in real estate buying and selling brokerage, has partnered with House Do Housing Sales to make it available to over 700 House Do affiliated stores nationwide in spring 2025.

Background

In real estate transactions, real estate companies need to prepare many documents such as sales contracts, important information explanation documents, and various memoranda. Even after the bill was revised, written forms still account for a high proportion of contracts. In addition, while the real estate industry is said to be one of the industries with many small and medium-sized businesses, it is said that the introduction of electronic contract systems, etc., is not progressing well, especially among small businesses.

Against this background, Digital Garage aims to contribute to the wide-ranging improvement of business efficiency in the real estate industry as a whole, and through “House Do”, which has an extensive network nationwide, the company will provide “Musubell for Brokerage” to affiliated real estate brokerage companies, aiming to further promote DX in the real estate industry and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.

About the “Musubell” series

Musubell is a sales and contract support cloud service specialized for real estate. It is a service brand that Digital Garage has launched in 2020 as a “DX engagement platform for next-generation real estate transactions” that can create and manage electronic documents in real estate transactions and centrally manage status online.

To date, Digital Garage has expanded the service lineup to “Musubell for New Construction,” “Musubell for Brokerage,” “Musubell for Property Inspection,” and “Musubell for Management,” and the company continues to strengthen and grow the functions through collaboration with Digital Garage Group companies and external partners.

The UI design allows users to organize their real estate business optimally by property or by transaction unit, and allows them to manage status such as internal application status and contract status, and check and manage contract documents throughout the company.
