ELESTYLE announced that “OneQR” has been adopted by Kirin Beverage Company’s health-related product office-oriented placement service “Wellness Stand”.
Overview
Kirin Beverage supports companies promoting health management through comprehensive consulting and product offerings. The “Wellness Stand” service, provided as part of employee welfare, is an office-oriented health-related product placement service utilized by companies with 10 to over 10,000 employees, and has been introduced in over 500 locations.
“Wellness Stand” is an unmanned sales service that sells smoothies and other items to help people skip breakfast. There are no initial costs, monthly fees, or equipment fees for setting up the stand. Corporate customers can also choose from two methods for replenishing products: one where products are delivered by courier and customers refill them themselves, and one where Kirin handles everything from delivery to replenishing.
Initially, the service supported cash and electronic money payments. However, electronic money payment required paid touch terminals, which led many customers to abandon the option due to budget constraints, with cash payment being the mainstream choice. When using cash, customers had to manually reconcile purchase quantities and sales, resulting in high management labor costs. Additionally, with the promotion of cashless payments, many employees don’t carry cash, sometimes leading to purchase abandonment due to payment method limitations.
To address these challenges, they decided to introduce “OneQR”.
