justInCase begins selling "Simple Hospitalization Insurance"

justInCase, a small amount and short-term insurance provider recently acquired by Sony Financial, has begun selling "Simple Hospitalization Insurance", a medical insurance plan that allows customers to accumulate 1% of the insurance premium in Ponta points, through "Ponta Easy Insurance" offered by Loyalty Marketing.

"Ponta Easy Insurance" is a service that was launched in March 2020 that allows users to easily purchase insurance and prepare for risks using the common points service "Ponta," which has over 100 million members. Users can purchase insurance from their PC or smartphone.

"Simple Hospitalization Insurance" offers simple coverage that allows customers to receive a lump sum payment for a two-day, one-night stay at a medical institution, and they can choose from three plans with insurance amounts (lump sum hospitalization payments) of 50,000 yen, 100,000 yen, or 200,000 yen.

By setting the insurance amount according to the customer's and her family's lifestyle, they can enroll without any shortages or waste. Applications are completed online, so customers can take their time and consider it at their own pace. They can also apply for family members at the same time.

If customers select "Pay with points" when signing up for insurance, they can accumulate Ponta points equivalent to 1% of the insurance premium paid. This is a great system that allows customers to accumulate points with the insurance premiums they pay each month.

By providing insurance products through "Ponta Easy Insurance," justInCase aims not only to provide safety and security to consumers, but also to make "insurance x points" more convenient and enjoyable.
