invox launches "corporate transfer" on GMO Aozora Net Bank's BaaS

invox has launched a new service called "invox Corporate Transfer" for its "invox Receipt Invoice" service, utilizing the "BaaS by GMO Aozora" banking-as-a-service platform from GMO Aozora Net Bank.

Background

invox's "invox Receipt Invoice" is a cloud service that streamlines the process from receiving invoices to inputting, paying, and recording them. Until now, the service has supported business efficiency by automatically generating transfer data in the Zengin format from invoices. However, there was an issue where users had to download the transfer data from "invox Receipt Invoice" and manually import it into internet banking, which created potential risks for errors and fraud.

To resolve these issues, invox has developed and launched "invox Corporate Transfer," utilizing "BaaS by GMO Aozora" to enable seamless processing from invoice receipt to payment within the "invox Receipt Invoice" platform.

Overview of "invox Corporate Transfer"

invox's new "invox Corporate Transfer" service allows users to make transfers seamlessly and directly from "invox Receipt Invoice" using payment data, with a uniform transfer fee of 220 yen per transaction for both same-bank and other-bank transfers.

"invox Corporate Transfer" is available with all "invox Receipt Invoice" plans.

To use the service, users need to open an account at GMO Aozora Net Bank's dedicated "invox" branch in advance.

Features of "invox Corporate Transfer"

  • Eliminates the hassle of downloading transfer data from "invox Receipt Invoice" and importing it into internet banking, enabling seamless transfers
  • Reduces errors and fraud risks by eliminating manual file importing processes

It's an invoice receipt system that automates the process from receiving invoices to inputting, paying, and recording while complying with the Invoice system and Electronic Books Preservation Law.
