Digital Garage to Launch "Musubell Insurance" in June 2025
Digital Garage has decided to launch "Musubell Insurance," an embedded insurance solution that enables online completion of fire insurance applications when purchasing real estate, as a new service of "Musubell," which allows electronic document creation/management and centralized online status management for real estate transactions.
This service will be provided as a DX service for insurance agencies of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance starting in June 2025. The service will enable smooth insurance contracting through Musubell by utilizing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology for automatic data integration. A business model patent for this service has been filed.
Overview and Development Background
"Musubell Insurance" is an embedded insurance service that enables seamless transition from Musubell's "My Page" to application for new fire insurance contracts associated with real estate purchases. Digital Garage plans to begin providing this service to insurance agencies of Tokio Marine & Nichido in collaboration with them around June 2025.
Since many people newly subscribe to fire insurance when purchasing real estate, and insurance applications are often conducted face-to-face and on paper, the company has been developing "Musubell Insurance" to contribute to improving the operational efficiency of insurance agencies and enhancing convenience for purchasers.
Musubell users can have information registered during contract signing and property information in "Musubell for New Construction" automatically registered in "TNet," Tokio Marine & Nichido's system with insurance calculation functions, using RPA technology. This allows users to select fire insurance plans on Musubell's "My Page." Furthermore, users can transition to Tokio Marine & Nichido's online application system "Smart Easy Procedure" to complete the application process, thereby reducing the document creation workload for insurance agencies.
This service reduces the burden of duplicate entry of personal and property information and additional meetings, contributing to improved satisfaction for both agencies implementing Musubell and end-users. Integration with "Musubell for Brokerage" is planned during fiscal year 2025.
Future Outlook
For Musubell, Digital Garage aims to expand "Musubell Insurance" into a "comprehensive insurance product management service" that covers a wide range of insurance products centered on fire insurance, reducing the burden on contractors and enabling unified management of insurance applications and inquiries. Additionally, Digital Garage has completed insurance agency registration with the Kanto Finance Bureau, with services targeting general insurance agency operations in mind. Under the group strategy "DG FinTech Shift," we will work on developing new businesses in the financial sector.

The Musubell series is a cloud-based sales and contract support service specialized for real estate. It is a service brand launched by Digital Garage in 2020 as a "next-generation real estate transaction DX engagement platform" that enables electronic document creation/management and centralized online status management for real estate transactions.
