Agrex and justInCaseTechnologies partner to build a BPaaS Model in Insurance Sales

Agrex, a member of the TIS INTEC Group, and justInCaseTechnologies, which promotes insurance DX, have entered into a capital and business alliance agreement for collaboration in the BPaaS sector. As their first collaborative business venture, they have begun building a BPaaS model that supports everything from insurance product design to business operations.

Background of the Alliance

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, many companies are implementing SaaS as part of their DX initiatives. However, many voices report not achieving expected results after implementing SaaS. In the insurance industry, while SaaS adoption is progressing, there remain situations requiring human intervention, such as customer support and document handling, which SaaS alone cannot cover.
